Harry Ireland – Lay Member for Governance

Harry Ireland is a retired solicitor, having spent most of his career as a prosecutor with the Crown Prosecution Service. He has worked in different parts of the country including Manchester (his home town), South Yorkshire, Wiltshire and Staffordshire, completing his career as Chief Crown Prosecutor for the West Midlands region.

He currently serves as a non-executive director for the Wrekin Housing Trust in Shropshire, as well as his lay member role for the CCG. He also sits as a Legally Qualified Chair for Police Misconduct Panels in the West Midlands region.

Harry is married with two daughters and is a lifelong Manchester United follower.
